At Redline Cabs we are focused on meeting the needs of our customers. Our elderly customers have peace of mind that our drivers will assist them in and out of the vehicle and also help with any luggage or bags they may have.
We have a free ring back and text back service to inform our customer when the taxi is approaching their pickup point, this will save the customer waiting outside.
Our new system allows our customers to track their vehicle.
Our new app and e-booking system allows customers to get a quote for their journey and also give an option to pay for your taxi via visa debit, credit card or PayPal for your convenience.
Disabled Customers
We have wheelchair accessible vehicles capable of accommodating passengers with a range of special needs.
Wheelchair ramps are fitted in these vehicles, folding down for use and providing an easy entry for wheelchair users. Our trained drivers will then strap the chair inside the vehicle to make sure the customer is safe through the journey.
The customer areas inside these vehicles have contrast grab rails and a large area for manovering for our visually impaired customer.
For hearing-aid users an induction loop is incorporated in the intercom system of all of these vehicles.

Business Accounts
At Redline we pride ourselves on giving the best possible service to our customers. If you have an account with us we will always give you priority.
By opening an account at Redline you can be rest assured you will have a reliable taxi service available to you 24/7 365 days a year.
All of our account hires can be a set at a fixed price, every month you will receive a full itemised invoice which will give you times dates and details of each journey.
You will have the opportunity to add a password to your account. This will give you better security but also allow your clients or staff to book a taxi themselves.

Pre-booked Airport Hires
We also offer priority bookings to and from airports, we know how important and stressful airport runs can be, sit back, relax and let us take the hassle. Your taxi fare may actually work out cheaper than parking and you won’t need to worry about your car the whole time you are away.

School Contracts
Redline carry out school contracts on a daily basis, whether its taking kids to and from school arranged by the council or a private booking by the parents. We also carry pupils between schools during the school day, their safety and punctually are our priority.
All our drivers that carry out school contact have disclosure badges issued by the council.
